推力球(qiú)軸承(chéng)采用高速(sù)運轉(zhuǎn)時可承(chéng)受(shòu)推力載荷(hé)的設(shè)計,由(yóu)帶有球(qiú)滾動的(de)滾道(dào)溝(gōu)的墊圈(quān)狀套圈構(gòu)成。由(yóu)于套圈為座墊形,因此,推(tuī)力球軸承被分為平(píng)底座(zuò)墊型和調心球面座墊型(xíng)兩種類(lèi)型(xíng)。另外(wài),這種軸承可承(chéng)受軸向(xiàng)載荷,但(dàn)不能(néng)承受徑向(xiàng)載(zǎi)荷(hé)。該類軸承(chéng)隻适用(yòng)于承受一面軸向(xiàng)負荷(hé)、轉速較低的機件上,例如起重(zhòng)機吊鈎、立式水(shuǐ)泵立式離(lí)心機(jī)、千斤(jīn)頂(dǐng)、低(dī)速減速器等。軸承的軸圈(quān)、座圈(quān)和滾(gǔn)動體(tǐ)是分離的,可以分(fèn)别裝拆(chāi)。

thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads at high speeds, consisting of gasket rings with ball rolling raceway grooves. because the ring is cushion, therefore, thrust ball bearing is divided into two types: flat bottom cushion type and center adjusting spherical cushion type. besides, the bearing can bear axial load, but it can't bear radial load. this kind of bearing is only suitable for the parts with one axial load and low speed, such as crane hoisting hook, vertical pump vertical centrifuge, jack, low speed reducer and so on. bearing rings, seat rings and rolling bodies are separated, and they can be assembled and disassembled separately.
